We are looking for

CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT POLAND (M/F/D)

to strengthen our team at our headquarters in Kundl

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE

Order processing
Returns processing
Maintenance of the data master in the merchandise management system
Processing of debit notes
Supporting the key account with quotations
Sales evaluations and statistics
Reconciliation of customer accounts in cooperation with the accounting department

WHAT WILL YOU DO

High school diploma or completed apprenticeship as office administrator
Fluent Polish, German and English, both written and spoken
Several years of experience would be an advantage
Flexibility
Accuracy and precision
Willingness to perform
Ability to work in a team
