E-Commerce Customer Support (M/W/D)

 We are looking for an

E-COMMERCE CUSTOMER SUPPORT AGENT (M/W/D)  

to strengthen our e-commerce team at our headquarters in Kundl.


YOUR TASKS

  • Order/returns as well as credit note processing in our systems
  • Telephone support on e-commerce related customer inquiries
  • Processing of all incoming emails and tickets via our ticket system.
  • Support with individual quoting
  • Reconciliation of payments with accounting
  • Processing and following up on various payment as well as shipping disputes
  • Support of our external market plans
  • Review management on external portals
  • Support in the maintenance of our product as well as website content
  • Coordination with our dropshipping partners as well as processing of corresponding orders
  • and much more


What YOU BRING

  • Completed training as an e-commerce or Büro merchant or otherwise in the fields of IT, business or technology and/or first professional experience in the e-commerce field
  • Very good English skills, other languages an advantage
  • Accuracy, motivation as well as flexibility
  • Excitement for trends in consumer electronics and e-commerce
  • Ideally professional experience in an e-commerce environment
