We are looking for an

IT SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR (gn*)

to strengthen our team at our headquarters in Kundl

YOUR MISSION WITH US:

Support and further development of our server landscape as well as network and security systems (Cisco, HP, Microsoft, Linux, etc)
1st and 2nd level support incl. user support for all Aqipa locations
Ensuring the smooth operation of the global and local IT infrastructure (Cloud and Onpremis)
Support of the existing communication and collaboration systems (Cisco/MS Teams)
Comprehensive consulting and user support for IT issues for all Aqipa locations
Analysis, processing and rectification of IT problems
Rollout and installation of software solutions as well as administration of user authorisations and software maintenance
Administration of the Exchange and MS Active Directory system

AND WITH THE RIGHT BACKGROUND YOU MAKE THE TEAM COMPLETE:

Successfully completed computer science studies or a similar IT education (apprenticeship, FS, HTL, FH, Uni or similar)
Min. 5 years of professional experience in a comparable position, ideally in a corporate environment
Certifications in Microsoft and/or Cisco are an advantage
Very good understanding of (Windows) servers and network support including virtualisation and storage, firewall and security systems (e.g. HP, Cisco, McAfee)
Good knowledge of peripherals and relevant hardware and software
Enjoyment in IT support as well as user support
Teamplayer with good communication skills as well as analytical skills and a structured way of working
Very good knowledge of cloud services (e.g. MS365, MS Azure)
