 We are looking for

IT SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR (M/F/D)

to strengthen our team at our headquarters in Kundl


YOUR TASKS

  • Support and further development of our server landscape as well as network and security systems (Cisco, HP, Microsoft, Linux, etc)
  • 1st and 2nd level support incl. user support for all Aqipa locations
  • Ensuring the smooth operation of the global and local IT infrastructure (Cloud and Onpremis)
  • Support of the existing communication and collaboration systems (Cisco / MS Teams)
  • Comprehensive consulting and user support for IT issues for all Aqipa locations
  • Analysis, processing and rectification of IT problems
  • Rollout and installation of software solutions as well as administration of user authorisations and software maintenance
  • Administration of the Exchange and MS Active Directory system

What YOU BRING

  • Successfully completed computer science studies or a similar IT education (apprenticeship, FS, HTL, FH, Uni or similar)
  • Min. 5 years of professional experience in a comparable position,    ideally in a corporate environment
  • Certifications in Microsoft and / or Cisco are an advantage
  • Very good understanding of (Windows) servers and network support including virtualisation and storage, firewall and security systems (e.g. HP, Cisco, McAfee)
  • Good knowledge of peripherals and relevant hardware and software
  • Enjoyment in IT support as well as user support
  • Teamplayer with good communication skills as well as analytical skills and a structured way of working
  • Very good knowledge of cloud services (e.g. MS365. MS Azure)
